While many small business owners are enjoying family and friends on Christmas Day, others are having thoughts of gratitude, and hopes of a brighter 2013. While dreaming of a grander, more profitable 2013, grab your tablet or journal begin to do the following:
1. Review your 2012 small business goals (revenue, percent growth, number of new customers, etc)
2. Note your achievements in 2012 and areas where your small business did not do so well
3. Reflect on how following-up with target accounts would have helped your business in 2012
I am in the midst of preparing my business development and marketing calendar for the new year and will give you a sneak peak in a few day on ways my small business is planning to follow up and nurture relationships with customers.

Merry Christmas!
